Tick tack tick tack tick tack… The clock is ticking… The due date is right around the corner. We are not yet prepared so it’s time we got everything needed for the baby.
So we listed everything we need for the hospital and his space in our room. Got them all for wonderful prices. It’s surprising that everything is on sale, we’re lucky I guess. I love buying things on sale as you can get much more things for the fixed budget you have.
The best deal we got was for the bottles and the breast pump at Mothercare. Believe it or not we got 10 bottles with 14 teats and two electronic breast pumps for a total of $40.. YES ONLY $40 BUCKS!
I am not sure if it’s only me but recently it’s either pregnancy season or I started to notice baby bumps, baby shops and everything baby related more often..
Anyway, I have learned so much during all this time. I read hundreds of articles, topics and personal experiences regarding handling the baby and helping the mother and all that and I must say it’s definitely a scary challenge. Don’t you dare say otherwise! MAN I AM FREAKING OUT!
Anyway, mood swings are over now and things feel alot easier and smoother when it comes to our relationship. Still I am looking for a job and having freelance projects in hand seem too risky so far. Gotta hunt for a stable income!
Funny side note:
Recently I’ve been experiencing back pains, joint aches, digestion problems among other stuff. And for some very odd reason I started watching The Voice Kids!!! And getting all emotional in the process!!!
So I looked it up and guess what?! When the wife gets pregnant, the husband will suffer an increased level of Estrogen hormone which will result in all this and this is natural… I AM LIKE HELL NO!! Just wanted to share this peace of valuable unfortunate information in case you’re going through the same thing.
