These terms describe the products, consulting and advisory arrangements offered through this website. The accepted product description, quote or invitation sets out your specific purchase.

Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Nader alMaleh, based in Lebanon. Products and consulting services purchased through this website are sold by Outta nowhere (FZE), based in the United Arab Emirates, under the Nader alMaleh brand. Nader delivers the consulting and advisory work described in your accepted scope.

These terms should be read with the product description, quote or invitation accepted for your purchase. A separately agreed scope governs the specific work. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or overrides a more favourable promise expressly made for your purchase.

Using the website

You may read and use the website for lawful purposes. Do not try to access private records, bypass payment or access controls, distribute someone else's private links or interfere with the website.

Provide accurate information when enquiring or buying. You must be legally able to enter the arrangement and, if acting for a business, authorised to do so. Buying material does not transfer ownership of its copyright or of the website's branding.

Prices, checkout and confirmation

The applicable scope, price, currency and payment arrangement are those shown in your product page, quote, invitation and checkout before payment. Any applicable tax or additional charge must be disclosed before you commit. Do not assume that a price shown elsewhere or for another business applies to your scope.

Stripe processes online payments for Outta nowhere (FZE). The expected description on customer card statements is OUTTANO NM*. Banks may format it differently, and other payment methods can show the account descriptor. An unsuccessful or abandoned checkout does not confirm a paid order. Delivery and the paid engagement flow depend on payment confirmation. If money leaves your account but you do not receive access or confirmation, contact me so the record can be checked.

A free resource is not a payment transaction. Information about resource requests and purchases is still kept for delivery and support, as explained in the Privacy notice.

Digital products and recordings

The product description explains what is included and whether it is a file, template, guide or recording. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning and internal business purposes. Templates may be adapted for their intended use. Any broader client-use licence must be stated with the product or agreed in writing.

Do not resell, publicly upload, redistribute or share the original files or private access links. Quotes or other uses permitted by applicable law remain permitted. A purchase does not automatically include personal consulting, future editions or lifetime streaming access unless the description expressly says so.

Access is usually delivered through private links. Links can expire for security reasons. If yours expires, request a fresh free-resource link or contact me with your purchase details. Link expiry does not by itself cancel the licence to a file you legitimately downloaded.

Video playback needs a suitable browser and internet connection. If content is missing, materially different from its description or not working, contact me so it can be investigated and an appropriate remedy arranged. Future access to a fully refunded purchase can be withdrawn.

The Call

The Call is a free conversation for people whose situation fits the work I do. The application helps assess that fit. Some applications can proceed to scheduling; others need review. Applying does not guarantee a slot or create an ongoing consulting relationship.

It is an initial conversation, not the full research and written diagnosis included in a Second Opinion. If you cannot attend, let me know as early as possible so the time can be released or rearranged.

The Second Opinion

The Second Opinion is a paid business and marketing diagnosis. The scope and delivery window are shown before purchase or agreed in a custom quote. The accepted scope determines the business, problem, research, sessions and deliverables covered.

Work depends on receiving the agreed inputs and arranging the kickoff. The delivery window starts after those requirements are met, as described in the offer. If information or access is delayed, the timetable needs to be adjusted with you. Larger scopes may involve an analyst or team, with me leading the diagnosis and findings.

Execution, campaign management, design, website development and ongoing Advisory are separate unless explicitly included. If a quote uses a deposit, the remaining amount and payment arrangement must be stated before you accept it.

The guarantee

If the file tells you nothing you did not already know, I will refund it.

We agree the starting point in writing, record sessions with your agreement, and keep our email correspondence and written recommendations. If you believe the file adds nothing new, tell me. We will review it against those records together.

The guarantee concerns the value of the diagnosis, not a promise of a particular revenue result. It does not reduce any other rights you have under applicable law.

Advisory and monthly renewal

Advisory is offered through a private invitation after a suitable Second Opinion engagement. Your invitation sets out the scope and monthly rate. The first successful payment starts the engagement, and payments renew monthly at the accepted rate until cancellation.

Cancel before the next renewal to stop the next monthly payment. Use the cancellation option in your private invitation or the billing portal when available. You can also email [email protected] for help. Service continues through the period already paid for.

Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund the current paid period. Refund requests, service problems and any applicable statutory cancellation rights are considered separately. A new rate or materially different scope must be communicated and agreed for the applicable future arrangement, not silently applied to work already purchased.

Advisory provides continuing advice and decision support. Execution projects are separate unless your written scope includes them.

Working together and keeping records

Good advice depends on accurate information and access to relevant records. You remain responsible for your business decisions, implementation and the permissions needed to share material with me.

Business information shared for an engagement is treated as confidential and used for delivery, administration and resolving questions about the work. People assisting with delivery should receive only the information they need and be subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations. Legal disclosure requirements remain applicable.

Meetings are recorded only with the participants' agreement. Recordings, emails and recommendations help document the scope, starting point and work delivered. Private client material is not permission to publish a case study, recording or testimonial; that requires a separate agreement or permission.

Refunds, cancellations and problems

If you need a refund or cannot proceed, email me with the purchase reference and a brief explanation. The relevant product or engagement promise, work delivered, reason for the request and applicable law will be considered. The Second Opinion guarantee above applies to that offer.

There is no blanket statement here that all digital purchases or started services are non-refundable. Faulty, unavailable or misdescribed content and services may give you rights to remedies under applicable law. Where a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right applies, it is preserved. Merely downloading a file does not, through these terms alone, waive such a right.

Approved online refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. The payment provider and your bank control when the credit appears. A partial refund and a full refund may have different consequences for the remaining scope or access; those will be explained with the resolution.

What advice and past results mean

Articles, products and consulting provide information and business or marketing judgment. They are not a substitute for legal, tax, investment or medical advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

Case studies describe particular projects in their own circumstances. They do not promise the same outcome for another business. Revenue, growth and commercial results depend on factors outside my control. The specific Second Opinion guarantee remains as stated above.

Neither these terms nor a general disclaimer excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any specific allocation of liability for a substantial engagement should be addressed in its agreed contract, subject to applicable law.

Other businesses, changes and disputes

Links to Typecta, Fyuze, Onesti Global, social platforms or other websites lead to separate services. An engagement with another business is governed by its own agreement and identified supplier. Mentioning that business here does not make it part of your purchase through this website.

The Privacy notice explains personal information, newsletter behaviour and providers. These terms can be updated for future use and purchases. An update does not retrospectively remove the scope, price or promises accepted for an existing purchase.

Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. This does not restrict a right to use a competent court, consumer authority or other remedy available under applicable law. Please contact [email protected] first if something is wrong so we can try to resolve it.
