THE SITUATION
Jeddah did not need another restaurant. It needed a reason.
Lebanese founders, a foreign city, and a concept that existed only as an idea: Lebanese gastronomy, music and culture, crossed with the pulse of Jeddah.
The answer was not a menu. It was an experiential, vernacular brand built so thoroughly that the room itself did the marketing - walls, chairs, uniforms, all of it in character.
WHAT WE DID
01
Brand the concept, then the building
Full brand strategy, identity and restaurant assets - custom wall illustrations, chair illustrations, uniforms, menus. The concept was in everything before a single guest saw it.
02
Ignite the local networks
Foodies and influencers were engaged before opening so the city was already talking about the brand on day one - launch reach passed 500,000 across those networks.
03
Build the community
Content marketing rooted in Lebanese culture - not food photos, culture - planting highly engaged networks of people who came for the world the brand belonged to.
04
Measure and iterate
Soft opening delivered 7,468 organic interactions in a week, with 77 story mentions and 346 site clicks on opening day. The account grew to 10K organically, and the room grew from fifty seats to over three hundred.
WHAT IT PROVES
A BRAND IS NOT A LOGO ON THE DOOR. IT IS THE REASON PEOPLE WALK THROUGH IT.
When the concept is built into every surface a guest touches, the launch does not depend on a discount. This applies to anything with a front door, physical or not.
